Hear Me Roar is a powerful outdoor experience designed for anyone ready to get a little louder. Together, we’ll reflect, release, and reset — through journaling, guided screaming, and sound bath meditation.
This is not therapy. It’s a space of radical permission, communal release, and deep humanity.
