Join us for a powerful two-hour journey designed to move your body, clear your mind, and restore your spirit. We’ll begin by turning up the energy with an uplifting hour of dance fitness led by Chiaki Dance Fitness - raising your heart rate, releasing stress, and shaking off anything that no longer serves you! No rhythm or experience needed, just come ready to move! This joyful, high-vibe movement session will leave you feeling empowered, alive, and fully present in your body.

After we sweat and stretch, we’ll gently transition into stillness. Michele Luck will guide you through deep breathing meditation followed by a restorative sound bath, allowing your nervous system to reset and your body to return to harmony and alignment. The soothing frequencies and intentional breathwork create space for clarity, balance, and deep relaxation.
