Learn to Play the Healing Tibetan and Crystal Bowls

Each participant will receive their own Tibetan Healing Bowl to take home!

Learn the ancient art of healing with singing bowls. Research has found that the benefits of singing bowls include: less tension, less anger, reduction in anxiety, less fatigue, and less depression. Come experience a crystal bowl sound bath for yourself, learn to play both crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, and as a bonus, each participant will choose a Tibetan bowl to take home for their own home meditation and healing practice. (If you have your own crystal bowls, please feel free to bring them to practice your new skills).
