Sound Bath Journey through the Elements!

   Join us at Shine Free Wellness Center for a unique Harmonic Wellness Journey, co-created by Sally O’Hearn and Michele Luck. This transformative experience combines the power of sound and energy to guide you on a journey of relaxation, healing, and reconnection.

  This is a beautiful and restorative sound experience that takes the receiver/s on a magical journey from grounding earth elements through the heart to the celestial. During this journey, a variety of acoustic instruments and vocal tones will weave together to create a flow of sounds and vibrational frequencies in a way that serves to relax, re-mind, and re-establish a connection to a deeper part of oneself - the part that is connected to all of nature, each other, and the divine. 

 As a special bonus, this journey will take place in the the Energy Room at Shine Free Wellness Center. This room houses the EESystem, (Enhanced Energy System) which has many positive benefits. This advanced system generates bio-active life-enhancing energy fields, including scalar waves that promote cell regeneration, immune function, pain relief, detoxification, mood elevation, and brain hemisphere balance, enhancing your energy levels and overall well-being.
