Sound Bath Journey through the Elements!

Join us at Shine Free Wellness Center for a unique Harmonic Wellness Journey, co-created by Sally O’Hearn and Michele Luck. This transformative experience combines the power of sound and energy to guide you on a journey of relaxation, healing, and reconnection.

  This is a beautiful and restorative sound experience that takes the receiver/s on a magical journey from grounding earth elements through the heart to the celestial. During this journey, a variety of acoustic instruments and vocal tones will weave together to create a flow of sounds and vibrational frequencies in a way that serves to relax, re-mind, and re-establish a connection to a deeper part of oneself - the part that is connected to all of nature, each other, and the divine.
